Where is my order?

When will I receive my box?

Your box will ship within 1-2 days upon successful billing. Please confirm that your payment and shipping information is correct ahead of each box launch. To review and/or update this information, visit the Billing page within your account dashboard.

How will my box be shipped?

The Dave Asprey Box ships anywhere in the U.S. 3-5 businesses days vis USPS. International shipments are typically sent by either USPS or DHL Express (you can choose during signup) in approximately 2-3 weeks. Shipping time for international packages can vary depending on where you live, local customs, and COVID-19 precautions.  

If you live outside of the U.S., please note that there may be additional duties or fees collected when you accept your package. These additional costs are mandated and collected by local governments; we do not receive any additional fees from your order. If you need to change your shipping method, please contact our Customer Service team here, and we’ll be happy to help! 

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email with all the tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Seattle, WA. 
 
You can also track the status of your box by logging into your Dave Asprey Box account and checking the My Orders page! Please reference the billing/shipping schedule to find out when you will be billed for your next box!

What do I do if my order is lost or delayed?

For orders shipped via USPS
If you suspect that your package has been delayed or possibly lost, please contact USPS Tracking® customer service directly and have your USPS tracking number on hand. You can email your concern by sending USPS an email with as much detail as possible and they’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Or you can call USPS at 1-800-222-1811 at any time that they’re open: 

  • Monday thru Friday: 8:00 am to 8:30 pm ET
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET
  • Holidays: Closed
  • Sundays: Closed

If it is deemed that your package has been lost, please contact our customer service team via this form as soon as possible for further assistance.

For orders shipped via DHL or other International mail carriers
If you suspect that your package has been delayed or possibly lost, please contact the mail carrier associated with your tracking information directly and have your tracking number on hand. If it is deemed that your package has been lost, please contact our customer service team via this form as soon as possible for further assistance.

My order was returned to sender.

This typically happens after multiple delivery attempts by a mail carrier. Please contact our customer service team via this form as soon as possible for further assistance.

Changes to my order

How do I return for a refund?

Due to the custom and exclusive nature of each box, we do not accept returns on the Dave Asprey Box. Dave works hard to curate boxes that biohackers will love. If you were unhappy with one of your boxes, please let us know at comments@daveaspreybox.com so we can bring your feedback to the source and continually improve.

Problems with my order

What happens if a product inside the box is defective or broken?

If an item in your box is defective or broken, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement while we have the inventory on hand. In some cases, we may need to ask the company who provided a particular product in the box to ship a replacement item directly to you.
