Welcome to the Zen Daily Emotion Map!
We developed this relatively simple web app for our friends over at 40 Years of Zen. During their five-day Essentials Upgrade program they use it to help participants track their emotional state at the start and end of each day over the course of the week.
However, it’s great to use this yourself to track your own emotional state! It’s especially useful to use in combination with Neurominer (run before and after each session). The Daily Emotion Map is provided here with our compliments.
Running the Daily Emotion Map takes about a minute. Once you’ve run it twice you’ll start seeing a chart here instead of this message.
